My story: why I do this work
I understand how overwhelming it feels — because I’ve been there.
For years, I dealt with ongoing symptoms while being told everything looked “normal” — even when it clearly didn’t feel that way.
One missing piece turned out to be a jawbone infection, called osteomyelitis, that had been overlooked for years.
That experience led to long-term antibiotic use, which significantly affected my gut, energy, and overall resilience.

Because my work combines holistic nutrition support, functional nutrition education, and optional functional testing, it may not be covered by all extended health plans. Functional testing is typically an additional out-of-pocket cost and is always optional.
